Mark Mytton
Managing Director
With a career that spans corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and consulting, Mark brings a founder-to-exit perspective combined with hands-on experience of due diligence, deal negotiations, and working with large financial and strategic buyers.
His journey began in financial services as an independent financial adviser before moving into time-critical logistics, leading Citipost's organic growth and acquisitions across Asia and representing the region through its acquisition by Consignia (Royal Mail). He later joined DHL e-Commerce as General Manager for Hong Kong and North Asia, where he developed international postal partnerships and alternative delivery solutions working with partners across the region.
In 2005, he founded a logistics business in Hong Kong, building it from scratch to a multi-service logistics and marketing execution business with rapid early-stage revenue growth (£10m+ by year 3), regional operations, and blue-chip clients. Over the following decade he led joint ventures, regulatory approvals, multiple strategic partnerships and various sale discussions with listed logistics and marketing groups, ultimately completing an asset sale to a global e-commerce logistics provider.
He is passionate about helping others achieve a successful exit on their own terms, leveraging his wealth of experience to simplify complex transactions and help navigate the intricacies of exit planning and M&A. He founded Exit Strategy & Solutions to offer discreet, independent support to owners who want to maximise value, reduce risk and stay in control of the exit journey.
Away from work, Mark enjoys staying active in the gym, playing golf or enjoying a glass of Rioja with friends and family.

Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of staying close to the action, helping friends and family launch, grow, and successfully exit their businesses. It's been incredibly rewarding to apply my experience, contribute to their strategies, and share those pivotal moments of success (and learn from the tough ones too!). Inspired by these experiences, I decided to launch Exit Strategy & Solutions with the mission to help many more business owners unlock value and achieve their ideal exit, whether through a strategic sale or other tailored solutions.

Rod brings over four decades of experience in tax, finance, and deal advisory. A Certified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Rod is also the proprietor of Channon & Co, where he advises a diverse range of corporate and private clients.
Over several decades of successful practice, Rod has built a reputation for his expertise in tax-efficient transactions, business valuations, and guiding clients through MBOs, demergers, share sales and other corporate transactions. His Chartered Tax Adviser qualification, regarded as the gold standard in the UK, underscores his commitment to excellence.
When not in the office, Rod keeps himself busy with skittles, golf and spending time with his expanding family, having recently become a grandfather.

Tom Beaufoy
Transformation Specialist
Tom is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of creating, acquiring, and selling businesses across a variety of sectors, including Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, SaaS, Legal Services, and Medtech. Tom has extensive experience in corporate transactions, including successfully leading a management buyout (MBO) as CEO, driving significant growth and transformation before selling the business three years later to a strategic buyer at a significant premium.
Specialising in business growth, transformation, and exit planning, Tom’s expertise spans change management, compliance, governance, IM&T, operational strategy and mobilisation. He brings a comprehensive skill-set and a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare companies for their optimum exit. His strategic insight and hands-on experience in delivering growth and transformation make him an invaluable resource for businesses looking to maximise their value and navigate the complexities of the sale process.
Off the clock, Tom enjoys boating, watching son Rui play rugby and spending quality time with family.
