Are you a broker or corporate finance firm?
Neither. We are founder-side advisers focused on exit readiness, decision support, and deal navigation. Our role is to help you clarify your objectives and constraints early, prepare properly, and make sure any deal you agree is the right one for you - while your broker, CF firm, tax and legal advisers handle their specialist roles.
Who do you typically work with?
Mostly UK owner-managed businesses with revenues of roughly £1m-£30m and EBITDA around £250k upwards. Common triggers are: a change in personal goals, succession, a growth plateau, or an unsolicited approach from a buyer
How do your four services fit together?
Think of them a stages in a journey: Exit Readiness Assessment (diagnostic)→Founder Decision Support (clarity on your path)→Deal Readiness Review (support around a live offer)→Exit Partner Programme (longer-term support through preparation and a process). You can start where it makes most sense to you; there's no obligation to use every service.
How do you charge for your work?
Our structured services (Exit Readiness Assessment, Founder Decision Support, Deal Readiness Review) are priced on a fixed-fee basis agreed in advance. Exit Partner Programme engagements are normally on a retainer, based on cadence and complexity.
